On Saturday 16th March 2019, The General Meeting of CMKU was held and the new management of CMKU was elected. Lubomír Široký, DVM was reelected as the chairman of CMKU.
The General Meeting approved my proposal about the change of awarding the Czech Champion title for Cane corso breed without the working trial exam. The General Meeting approved my proposal after the discussion and my justification. The negotiation was not easy, because this proposal was firstly refused by previous management in 2017 and representatives of other breeds required this exception too. Exceptions for other breeds could not be accepted by The General Meeting because proposals for them were not submitted in time. However, approval of this change for Cane corso breed opens a possibility of a similar exception for other breeds.
The new conditions for the achievement of the Czech Champion title are:
6x CAC from the shows under CMKU at least in the 2 exhibition seasons (exhibition season = calendar year), 3x CAC have to be achieved at the International show, remaining 3x CAC can be achieved at the National, Club or Special dog show.
